ARE YOU READY?
As is the tradition of UM-Helena, the Community Education program is dedicated to providing quality educational experiences to Helena and the surrounding communities’ citizens and businesses. Our programs offer lifelong learning opportunities that extend beyond traditional University course offerings to provide students with more choices to promote professional and personal development, skill enrichment, cultural enrichment, and recreational enjoyment through non-credit classes, and eventually credit classes.
We are proud to offer a wide variety of topics which range from Art, Culinary Art, Computer, Small Business classes, Health and Well-Being, Welding, Interior Design, Outdoor interests, Home and Garden, Special Interest, Languages, Workplace Skills Development, Upward Bound courses for Veterans, and Specialized Workplace Training. As we develop and grow the Community Education program, we look forward to adding classes that meet your specific needs whether as a community member or a business. Your comments and suggestions for future classes are important and will help us design and schedule classes with you in mind.
We sincerely hope you will find an interesting class or two and enroll in them. I would like to hear from you!
