As a service to students and faculty, the library proctors makeup tests.

           Please follow these simple steps:

 

·          Attach a completed Faculty Request for Test Proctoring form and deliver the test to Library front desk. 

 

·          Advise your student to arrange an appointment time with the Library and to bring a picture ID.  The Library is not always staffed so we cannot guarantee walk-in service. 

 

·          The test will be administered per your instructions on the request form.

 

·          Completed test will be returned to your mailbox. If the student does not complete the test by the specified deadline, the test will be returned to you. 

 

·          Accommodative testing is administered by the Access Center. Contact Disability Services for more information.

 

·          The Library will proctor tests from other schools for distance learning students in the Helena community.  See instructions.
