We will accept phone registrations with either VISA , MasterCard, or Discover. Please Include:
  • The course title, start date and time.
  • Your name, address, day & evening phone.
  • Your credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code.

#2. By Mail or E-mail:
Fill out the registration form and mail in with your check, money order, or charge card information to:
