Request a Library Purchase
Faculty are encouraged to suggest purchases for the library collection. Just call or email the librarian at library@umh.umt.edu
Holds
If you would like to use a video, DVD, or other item from the University of Montana library collection, you can place a hold through the online catalog.
Interlibrary Loan
The Library will borrow books, videos, and articles from other libraries for your use. For details, see interlibrary loan guidelines.

Library Instruction
Library instruction is available for small groups or classes. Instructors are encouraged to arrange library research sessions that are tied to specific class assignments and projects.
To arrange an instructional session, please submit a Request for Library Instuction or contact the librarian library@umh.umt.edu
Course Reserves
Faculty may place personal items, library materials, and some electronic documents on reserve in the library for short term use by students during a semester. All titles in an instructor’s reserve collection will be listed in the online catalog. See instructions.
